How do I track my order?▾
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click on the tracking number. You'll be redirected to UPS for real-time tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my order?▾
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact support@foundapparel.co as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?▾
Go to My Orders, select the order, and click Request Return. Choose the items and reason, then submit. Our team will review within 2-3 business days.
How long does shipping take?▾
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?▾
Yes! Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
How do I create an account?▾
Click Sign In in the top navigation, then select Create Account. You can also create an account after placing a guest order.
