Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $6.99 (5-7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $6.99 (2-3 business days)
• Free Shipping: On orders over $100.00

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

Track your order anytime from your account under My Orders. Click the tracking number to view real-time updates on the UPS website.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue.
