Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns are not accepted.
Eligible Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We may request photos of the item to process your return.
How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders in your account
- Select the order and click Request Return
- Choose the items, reason, and upload photos if applicable
- Submit your request — our team will review it within 2-3 business days
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size or color.
